Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. signed a shareholders' agreement with Banco de Bogota, Banco de Occidente and Banco Popular on June 21, 2016 which resulted in the presumption of subordination on Corporacion Financiera Colombiana S.A. under paragraph 3 of Article 261 of the Commercial Code, headed by Grupo Aval. The aforementioned shareholders' agreement was filed at the offices of the corporation in accordance with article 70 of Law 222/1995 and registered with the National Registry of Securities and Issuers of the Financial Superintendence in compliance with article 43 of Law 964/2005.

The control status was registered with the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, under commercial registration No. 01554626 corresponding to Corficolombiana S.A., on June 29, 2016 under No. 02117730 of Book IX.
